We are an intermediary, not a builder or developer. The properties you see with us belong to their owners, who decide the price and the terms on which they will sell.
Our work is the space in between: collecting accurate details, understanding what buyers need, arranging introductions and visits, and keeping both sides informed through negotiation. Brokerage is charged on mutually agreed terms.

Our story
Jivan Infra was founded in Jaipur by Jitendra Sharma after years of watching good properties and genuine buyers miss each other for want of an honest go-between. We began with residential resale in Vaishali Nagar and Mansarovar and today work across the city, including commercial spaces and plots on the Ajmer and Tonk Road corridors.
We keep the business deliberately personal: every enquiry is handled by someone who has seen the property, and every owner knows exactly who is representing them.
